Nach einen knappen einmonatigen Betatest geht die beliebte open source MySQL administrations Software endgültig in die dritte Runde. Am 27.09 wurde nun die Finale Version 3.0.0 released und gilt als aktuelle Stable.

Zu den wichtigsten Neuerungen zählen: Die Unterstützung für die Storage Engine Maria (Wir berichteten im Alphatest), Experiemteller Support für Mozilla Prism und die Möglichkeit des Exportes in Texy-Mark-up. Als Vorraussetzung wird nun mindestens PHP 5.2 und MySQL 5.0.15 benötigt. Desweiteren wird aufgrund einiger Securityfixes ein Umstieg auf die neue Version empfohlen.
